• Lead the management of high-impact national and regional risks related to emergencies and crises, ensuring effective identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Define and drive enterprise risk management strategy, frameworks, and policies aligned with national and organizational priorities.
• Oversee the development and implementation of mitigation, prevention, and control measures, while assessing current and target risk maturity levels to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead engagement with senior stakeholders across government entities, while overseeing and supporting 17 municipalities in assessing and enhancing emergency and crisis preparedness.
• Deliver executive-level risk insights and lead the automation and standardization of risk management practices across 17 municipalities, strengthening awareness, compliance, and alignment with the National Resilience Index (Sumoud).

• Lead stakeholder management and communication strategies throughout program and project lifecycle
• Perform stakeholder analyses to identify key stakeholders and formulate effective engagement strategies.
• Address and resolve stakeholder issues and concerns through effective communication and relationship management to align with program goals.
• Support change management initiatives by assessing organization's readiness and developing targeted communication plans and processes
• Evaluate and update risk management plans and registers to reflect evolving project conditions and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop comprehensive progress reports that incorporate risk management insights, keeping stakeholders informed and prepared for potential challenges.
• Collaborated with different department heads, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives whilst executing projects.

• Collaborating with KAFD's departments to develop design standards and evaluate design cost, risk, and benefits while facilitating design discussions, problem resolution, and workaround
• Developing project goals by working collaboratively with cross-function teams to achieve them in timely and effective manner
• Managing day-to-day operations of project team, planning and deploying available resources effectively to ensure projects run smoothly and on time
• Developing SOW and working closely with procurement Dep in prequalification process and technical evaluation to ensure finding low-risk sources for high-quality services and materials in timely matter
• Performing site assessments, conducting construction reviews, interfacing with design consultants, manage technical projects while overseeing vendor deliverables and schedules
• Organizing and leading in developing creative budget and monitoring project expenditures accordingly.

• Setting the deliverables with the team to develop project specifications and acquire necessary materials for completion
• Provision of vessels, barges, logistics bases, and personnel accommodation
• Provision of logistics bases and personnel accommodation, manpower, equipment, and support services
• Preparing schedules and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required
• Maintaining budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight and regularly reporting to management, keeping them constantly informed of project progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules.

• Monitoring daily work activities of Sub Contractors and updating Sub Contractor Progress Reports
• Preparing list of MRS for needed material, equipment, and manpower for each new activity, ensuring everything is being set in order
• Interacting with various personnel, clients, stakeholders, and agencies regarding assigned projects
• Ensuring adequate project progress in collaboration with consultants and Subcontractors
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure that proper material is obtained
• Organizing project requirements as needed in sequence
• Maintaining liaison with clients and taking feedback on ongoing project.
