1- At the beginning of 2021, the company’s board of directors   decided to increase its capital through the issuance of priority shares in   the amount of 225,000,000 Saudi riyals. I was supervising the entire deal   file, as the company succeeded in obtaining the approval of the Capital   Market Authority and the extraordinary general assembly and was able to raise   its capital in the middle of the year. 2023.

2- In 2017, through reorganizing the accounts and a thorough   study of international accounting standards, it has been proven and record   retained profits for the company which I work in with amount of 220,000,000   Saudi riyals, and we were the first company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to   work on proving this type of complex accounting operations .

3- In 2014, I developed short- and long-term strategic plans for   the company I work for that would increase its production capacity and thus   raise the level of operating revenues. The plans were put into effect after   they were discussed and studied by the company’s owners .

4- In 2008, the departments of the company in which I work were   completely restructured, its entire procedures and documentary cycle were   reorganized, and the company’s revenues were raised by an unprecedented rate   of up to 33%. Compared to previous years .
