• Launched Saudization initiative that aims to provide more than 5,000 job opportunities as key enablers to enhance Customs ecosystem.

• Developed and launched a variety of Enrichment Programs that strive to enrich the scientific knowledge of gifted students and enhance their creativity.
• Defined various training evaluation mechanisms and validated the same with Mawhiba's management in order to measure the effectiveness of gifted students' development programs.
• Served and trained (+10,000) gifted students across the Kingdom and GCC countries.

Key Achievements:

• Program Manager of Saudization programs that strive to launch and implement several training initiatives and programs for different sectors, such as the bank, health, telecommunications, and food sectors.
• Launched and managed a variety of training programs and initiatives that aim to qualify and develop job seekers and the workforce, enhancing their chances of getting employed and developing them professionally.
• Review the design of course objectives, material, content, and plan for all trainings related to talent and leadership, either internally or through external vendors, to meet specific requirements.
• Contributed to develop and launch the Tamher Program, Professional Certificate Program, Kawader Program, Women Empowerment Program, Incentive Program, and Employment Subsidy Program.
