Roles & Responsibilities

• Study and review approval requests from manufacturers, factories, and suppliers for various products and equipment related to NWC projects.
• Conduct detailed technical evaluations and ensure compatibility with NWC specifications and standards.
• Prepare and issue comprehensive Technical Study Reports to support procurement and project decision-making processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reviewed design drawings to ensure alignment with site implementation and project specifications.
• Verified approval and execution of test plans, method statements, and material documentation.
• Conducted daily site inspections including welding, coating, lining, and hydrostatic testing.
• Performed material receiving inspections (MRI) for mechanical equipment and components.
• Maintained accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
• Managed and tracked Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR).
  
  Evaluated and followed up on contractors' corrective actions to ensure proper resolution and closure.

RJM WTS Project – Rabigh to Jeddah and Makkah Water Transmission System
Client: SWCC – Saline Water Conversion Corporation
Scope: Transmission of water via twin 80-inch pipelines to Makkah and surrounding villages; includes 4 major pump stations, 8x170,000 m³ steel tanks, elevated reservoirs, and full electromechanical, instrumentation, and control systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reviewed technical documents and drawings for compliance.
• Provided QA/QC supervision across all phases.
• Participated in NDT, welding, and equipment alignment.
• Supervised installation of pumping stations, HVAC, and surge vessels.
• Managed coating/lining works (CML, FBE, epoxy, HSS).
• Oversaw piping, valves, fittings, and structural components.
• Handled tank erection, water towers, and reservoirs.
• Conducted hydrostatic testing and supported commissioning.
• Ensured safety compliance and performed risk assessments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversaw installation of pumping stations, inlet/outlet structures, valve assemblies, and flow meter chambers.
• Managed execution of irrigation, potable water, stormwater, and sewage systems.
• Ensured adherence to technical specifications, performed site inspections, and maintained comprehensive quality records.
