- Managing the main Saudi celebrations
(Eid Alfitr, Eid AlAdha, Saudi National Day, Saudi Foundation Day, and Saudi Flag Day).
Managing the vendors, agenda, internal screens, emails, and directing the entire event.
- Creating and managing several events
(Takamol's Annual Celebration, Kids day, Summer day, Winter day, Woman's day, Men's day ..etc.)
We create the entire activity, logos, slogans, emails, screen content, and we manage the vendors (if needed).
- Creating and managing competitions
(Soccer tournament, Volleyball tournament, Padel tournament, Baloot tournament, Playstation tournament, Ramadan competition, Females only competitions, General competitions ..etc.)
We create the entire competition, logos, slogans, emails, and screen content. We direct the entire competition.
- Create fun team building activities for other departments
We create a fun team building activities under the slogan (let us have fun together).
The activities includes (ice breaking questions), (fun team sketches), and fun team competitions.
- Create internal marketing campaigns
We create marketing campaigns for some of the internal projects (e.g. change of polices, new services .. etc.).
- Celebrating the Employees personal achievements
Having kids, Earning professional certificates, work anniversaries, and other personal achievements.
We celebrate them through emails, sending flowers, and/or internal screens.
- Managing and reviewing the newsletters
On quarterly basis, we gather the achievements of Takamol group, review and create the newsletter content, and share it with all the employees.
- Manage the employees offers
As a part of the appreciation program, we contact different vendors and businesses to get great deals and discounts for the employees.
- Having a major role in (Takamol's high school program)
As a part of the social responsibilities in Takamol, we have a 3 weeks program for the high school graduates. The program is designed to help these young students to have more understanding of the working environment, and help them find their passion.
The IC plays a big role in this program as we encourage them to step out of their comfort zone, explore new horizons, and learn about team work.
- On a side note
The fun activities that is created be the internal communication team (under the name Be Happy@Takamol) has lead other departments to create their own fun teams with our help and guidance.
The (QA) section is a part of the (portfolio control) department in the (labor integrated solutions) unit in Takamol. This unit contain the top projects of the company (Qiwa, Musaned, Ajeer, Professional Accreditation, and Donation Platform).
I had 4 major roles in the unit:
- Build and set the QA standards and procedures
I've created the test cases standards, the testing reports standards, and the user stories standards (to be used by both testers and project managers).
- Testing Activities
I was performing testing activities on multiple projects at the same time.
- Monitoring and Guiding New Employees
I was coaching some of the new QA members to reach their full potential.
- The (JoyRoot) committee
We created the (JoyRoot) committee inside the unit to bring the employees (170+) closer to each other. We were in charge of the annual celebrations, fun games and competitions, and team building activities.
The positive impact that we hade on the unit, led to my career change.
As a tester, my responsibilities were to write test cases, automation scripts, execution reports, and release reports.
Some of the major projects that I've worked on was:

Testing both applications (IOS and Android) and the portals (2 portals). Helped creating the documentation standards. I was on the (phase 1, phase 2, and phase 3) team.
- Hafiz
Testing both portal and eligibility engine, writing test cases and reviewing the project documents.
- Citizen account
Testing, writing test cases and reviewing the project documents.
- HEAC
Testing, writing test cases, writing the automation code, mentoring and reviewing the junior test cases and testing activities, and reviewing the project documents.
- Loan exemption portal (Royal Court)
Testing, writing test cases, writing the automation code, mentoring and reviewing the junior test cases and testing activities, and reviewing the project documents.

I have tested some other projects like CM-PM (Emirate of Eastern Province), CRM project, Q5 project (related to Hafiz), and VRO.
- Process Reviewer
I have worked for 2 years as a process reviewer: Reviewing the test plans and test cases for all the QA members following the CMMI standards. Providing training and guidance for the entire QA members
- Created the QA Committee
In this committee, we were in charge of writing the department's KPIs, creating fun activities and team building exercises to bring the hole team closer together.
I have created several internal projects (using VB.net), and I was in charge for maintaining and testing TradeNet application (by Tadawul).
