- Standardized and unified course and program specifications across all three campuses to ensure consistency and academic excellence.
- Developed, updated, and aligned the department’s strategic plan with the university’s broader mission and educational goals.
- Established specialized subcommittees focused on alumni engagement, community outreach, research, and quality improvement.
- Enhanced the departmental blueprint template by integrating Competency Learning Outcomes (CLOs) and Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs), ensuring alignment with assessment tools such as MCQs.
· Serve as a clinical nutrition consultant working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive nutrition care to outpatients.
· Deliver individualized nutrition assessment, care planning, monitoring, and counseling in both physical and virtual clinics.
· Coordinate and enhance collaboration between the Clinical Nutrition Departments at the university and the hospital, supporting integration of academic and clinical training.
· Established the Clinical Nutrition Department, initiating dietetic services for chronic disease management.
· Provide both virtual and in-person consultations with a focus on evidence-based dietary interventions for patients with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and other chronic conditions.
