- Calculating & installing Nitrogen generation plant for CV lines.

- Upgrading the Nitrogen generation system to match the copper drawing machines requirements.

- Implementing the performance inspection for the machine JPD-2000 Drum Twisting Line at the manufacturer site (HeFei HeNing electro-technology Co., LTD. China).

- Representing Jeddah Cables Co. at Düsseldorf wire show 2018 & 2022, Germany.

- Leading the installation & commissioning of new 61 wires rigid stranding machine, Aluminum RBD machine and Aluminum Rod Plant, 2022.


  • Achievements:

- Reducing the budget of the mechanical spare parts from ~1,200,000 SR to ~800,000 (30% saving).

- Increasing the machines availability from ~92% to ~98%.

- Eliminating the pneumatic troubles of CORTINOVIS stranding machines by modifying the pneumatic control circuits.

- Eliminating the hydraulic troubles in Niehoff spoolers by modifying the hydraulic power packs.

- Modifying the steam piping system to the curing rooms, making it more efficient, controllable & reliable.
