1- Value-added TAX ( Saudi Arabia & UAE ).

• Analyzing Taxable & Non-Taxable sales according to the type of sales.
• Analyzing Taxable & Non-Taxable purchases according to the type of purchases.
• Analyzing exports reports and matching it with corresponding sales or matching transactions.
• Analyzing imports reports and matching it with external purchases, returns, and unregistered purchases.
• Analyzing exempt purchases and documenting them in the tax declaration.
• Analyzing zero-rated purchases and documenting them in the tax declaration.
• Ensuring that all tax transactions are conducted in accordance with the standards set by the TAX Authority.

2-Analyzing electronic invoicing reports against declarations

and standards.

• Reconciling the numbers recorded in the VAT Tax declaration with those submitted to the TAX Authority through the electronic invoicing system.
• Analyzing electronic invoicing reports to ensure their alignment with recorded transactions.
• Ensuring the implementation of the standards set by the authority for the electronic invoicing system and liaising with the authority to address any deficiencies or modifications to the electronic invoicing system.

3- Withholding TAX ( Saudi Arabia & UAE ) :

• Analyzing all foreign transactions for services rendered within the country of the company's activity.
• Analyzing Tax-exempt transactions based on their nature and the availability of the necessary documents to correctly apply the exemption.
• Following up with service providers to obtain K7B certificates in several different countries.
• Applying the Apostille stamp method with service providers based on their country's entry into the exemption or tax reduction agreement.
• Following up with banks to complete the payment of tax deducted from foreign shareholders to the TAX Authority
• Preparing the annual Withholding TAX declaration based on monthly declarations and reconciling any discrepancies after contacting the TAX Authority.

4-Tax inspection

• A tax audit was conducted for Value Added Tax for two years.
• Preparing the authority's requirements related to Value Added Tax from sales and purchases analyses, among others.
• Preparing the required samples for the authority and matching them with the required standards.
• Following up with the authority until submitting the final audit report suitable for both parties according to the correct standards.

• Responsible for reviewing Payable, Receivables, G/L And banks transactions, and monthly and annual closings according to the applied standards.
• Creating a system for sales commissions for sellers and monitoring it on a monthly and annual basis.
• Conducting daily sales analysis by seller, product, region, customer and Others .
• Preparing the annual budget for sales and expenses in detail and presenting it to management for approval .
