• Package 01: OSM

Supply and Install Wooden Structures for Dune Villas, Coral Villas, and the Front of House Buildings Including aluminum, glass, louvers, rendering, cement board, subflooring, insulation, and cladding.

• Package 02: MEP

Supply and Install MEP Infrastructure Networks, MEP Works Inside Assets, and Main outdoor Equipment Including mechanical systems such as firefighting, HVAC, chilled water, hot water, drainage, irrigation, and vacuum systems.

As well as electrical systems such as MV, LV, lighting, grounding, fire alarms, and low-current systems.

Achievements:

• Perform forensic delay analysis for OSM Package using MIP 3.7, also known as windows analysis, MAG was entitled to 506 days as EOT.
• Perform forensic delay analysis for MEP Package using MIP 3.7, also known as windows analysis, MAG was entitled to 330 days as EOT.
• Developing a baseline schedule for the SPINE project in NEOM includes resource allocation and 4D simulation.
• Implementing project controls department standardization process includes activity codes, naming, resources dictionary, productivity rates, dashboards, and reports.

Job description:

• Planning and managing projects by preparing master schedules and baseline resource-loaded programs using Primavera P6 in alignment with contract requirements, including engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, and close-out phases.
• Producing work breakdown structures and maintaining schedule integrity.
• Performing validation as assigned on schedules to meet DCMA-14 point criteria.
• Analyzing variance between planned and actual project progress and achievements regularly.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and taking corrective action as needed.
• Monitoring and controlling project activities using S-curve and various charts.
• Providing earned value analysis reports, SPI, and CPI for project stakeholders.
