Ensure that all E&I equipment that arrived at the site has valid documentation and calibration certificates.

Conduct kick-off meetings with the Client Team and Subcontractor Team.

Inspect the delivered material at the site with the Owner Engineer’s team.

Verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and compliance with the approved vendor lists.

Monitor site storage conditions to prevent any damage.

Review electrical equipment testing and commissioning ITPs, MSRA, procedures , Test report formats, FQP, Checklists as per Project Technical Requirements and Drawings.

Compile ECC packages for E&I Systems in accordance with the approved format of the Project.

Clear site quality issues and track corrective actions to SON, SOR / NCR closure.

• Was leading a team of engineers and supervisors within the project. Some of the work areas are mentioned below:
• Conduct inspections with QC and Owner Engineers for approval of the work done on site.
• Documents making i.e., ITPS, method of statements, invoice calculation, as-built, RFIs, ECCs, TOC, FQP, and record keeping.
• Permit to Work system for general construction, LOTO, and Commissioning Areas activities.

• Design Review, ITPs, method statements, execution plans.
• Managed Material Purchase Requisitions as per site work demand; ensure timely procurement of consumables.
• Attend Client Team Meetings and site visits to improvise work and fast-track completion.
• Conduct Department Internal Meetings to monitor daily work progress, teambuilding, and take corrective actions to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Conduct Technical and Safety Training for workers and staff with relevant teams.
• Planning and execution of cable laying and termination for the installed equipment.

• Conduct interviews with HR for teambuilding.
• Make Project Execution Plans for ETC work.
• Listing and procurement of T&Ps, machinery as per site requirements.
• Monitor Site Mobilization Works to ensure a healthy and safe environment.
• Supervise ETC works at the site.
• Meet with the client and consultant teams to ensure quality work.
• Handle a team of supervisors and technicians at the site.
• Daily progress report and next-Day Work Plan.
• Maintain QA/QC records and invoicing work as per the project BOQ.

• Ensure EHS work standards and QA/QC requirements related to ETC.
• Maintained inspection records and handover records to the Documents controller timely manner for any future usage.
• Worked with SIEMENS Germany TFA's during ETC work on Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine.
• Manage daily work assignments and ensure timely quality works as per ITP and MS.
• Handle Site Team requirement regarding materials, consumables, and other welfare facilities at the site.

• Supervise E&I work at the site.
• Conduct inspections with the consultant and client team after completion of the work.
• Manage inspection records as per ITP and MOS.
• Documents scanning and handover to the Documents Controller.
• Conduct training sessions with workers to ensure quality work.
• Ensure EHS as per the HSE team instructions.
