DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To monitor all activities of construction in accordance with the approval drawings and specification and ensuring the quality of work done by the construction team as per the Project Standards & IFC drawing requirements.
• To verify the RFI documents with complete attachment.
• To conduct material receiving inspections as per approved project ITP.
• To monitor and verifying the materials of construction at material storage yard.
• To conduct field inspections as per the approved ITP. Major activities include earth works, form works, Rebar works, embedded items & anchor bolts installation works, concrete works, Steel Structure installation work, grouting works, Architectural works, water proofing works, HDPE lining works, asphalt works Coating works.
• To conduct precast inspection as per approved project ITP.
• To monitor the concrete curing as per project requirements.
• To review QA/QC plan, quality control procedure, method statement, project standards, product, data sheets and third party test results.
• To communicate and guiding the construction for minor quality issues.
• To ensure the quality control plan implemented at site.
• To have a good coordination and communication with the client personnel.
• To coordinate with third party testing personnel for field and lab inspections.
• To verify all third party test reports as per project specifications.
• To conduct site surveillances and to record observations.
• To identify non-conformities and ensure the appropriate corrective action taken.
• To maintain a log of project violation summaries like NCRs, SSRs, and to follow up with the Concern responsible personnel for closure.
• To conduct tool box meeting at site for various construction activities.
• To maintain completed inspection records.
• To prepare and maintain records for final dossier.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To communicate and conducting the inspection with construction for every site activities.
• To monitor the concrete curing as per project requirements.
• To report to manager if any new activities to start in site.
• To verify the material test certificate, during the material receiving.
• To monitor the batching plant material and site material at lay down area.
• Attending for weekly quality and Construction meetings.
• To monitor batching plant activities of concrete production point and site placement area.
• Maintaining of registers and preparing all test reports.
