  • The most essential role in the "Undersecretariat for Executive Affairs in The Muslim World League" when the organization has been awarded international certification (ISO) in Quality Management System Three consecutive years 2016, 2017, and 2018, as the leader of a team formed for the mission for coordination and full supervision and making all the procedures that qualify for that
  • Able to complete an Arabic full manual of policies and work procedures for the Quality and Risk Department, as well as draw the procedure flowcharts, by using a purpose-built software by the "Deloitte" Company

  • Working as a coordinator for external offices (Pakistan - Afghanistan - Mauritania - Mali - Turkey )
  • Follow up on workflow procedures in the external office to ensure maximum efficiency
