During the training, my tasks mainly involved listening to theoretical explanations and then going to the field to observe and participate in the work alongside the accompanying technician.

The training revolves around working in groups, visiting departments within the Saudi Electricity Company such as Maintenance, Inspection, and Operations. Then, fieldwork is conducted with engineers and technicians to address consumer-reported complaints, learning how to inspect and handle these complaints.
