• Managing stock levels and analyzing sales reports in order to improve delivery time, increase sales and reduce waste.

Achievements:

• Issuing customs clearance documents for machines and spare parts such as SABER that saved almost 200K SAR for clearing shipments from customs in 2020.
• Reducing the total ratio of freight charges cost to purchasing cost to 1.7% for 2020, whereas the ratio for 2019 was 2.1%.
• Reduced of freight charge rates by 35% for 2021 contract comparing with 2020.
• Changing payment terms with some vendors from advance payment to +30 days credit.

• Checked customers purchase orders and pending orders regularly.
• Placed purchase orders and following up closely with vendors regarding PO status.
• Updated purchase order status on internal system until it is received at warehouse.
• Collaborated with warehouse and other logistics teams to deliver orders to customers.
• Responsible for arranging import and export shipments from/to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait.
• Responsible for preparing shipping documents for customs clearance.
• Checking customs regulation regularly with customs clearance agents for expediting clearance from customs (e.g. SABER certificates).
• Responsible for issuing PCOC & SCOC certificates for items from SABER platform.

My responsibilities rely on assuring and optimizing efficiency of machines and equipment of plant (such as Erlenbach EMMotion machine, expander, cooling towers, boilers, compressors...etc.). Also, Assuring the quality of products matches with clients standards

My roles can be summarized as follows;

• Diagnosing faults, responding to breakdowns and repairing equipment.
• Mentoring water quality and water analysis report.
• Supervising operating and technical staff.
• Ensuring compliance with safety legislation.
• Instructing/creating maintenance procedures and installation of new equipment procedures.
• Requesting and reporting for stocks of supplies and equipment.
