- Ensure availability of trained manpower, functional equipments and providing accurate and timely analytical data to all the customers of lab. Data like, operations, process engineers, environmental, marketing and supply chain departments.
- Ensure appropriate policies and procedures are in place to cover key areas of activity. Ensure effective systems are in place for monitoring compliance with all procedures and undertake periodic audits to ensure effective and efficient working at all times
- Reviewed design specifications critically for accuracy, identifying potential issues before they escalated into costly delays or rework situations.
- Ensure Providing timely and accurate analytical data on process unit samples, finished product samples and environmental samples. Monitors all analytical data on daily basis, identifying trends/ issue and advising customers of lab data in a timely manner.
- Work with lab management and the Project Engineering function to develop proposals for life cycle replacement of old and obsolete lab equipments.
- Ensures PM/CM is done on all lab. equipment as per schedule.
- Prepare reports for Laboratory Advisor and Laboratory Manager.
- Raise NC if non-compliance is found and Suggests Corrective actions.
- Responsible for internal / external Quality assurance through Control charts / Proficiency testing/ ILC.
- Communicate with third party labs for providing analysis as requested by Operations/ Environmental/ Project groups.
