Project: GreenRiyadh – Riyadh Royal Commission.

Marwan's Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to project sites to re-design garden pump stations network systems, assure network impedance, plus design buildings fire alarm, street lighting distribution around site and create DiaLux calculations.
• Meet with clients weekly to define project scope, assess challenges, and align expectations. Regularly draft (MoM) to document actions, decisions, and follow-ups, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

Project: RED SEA Global / Bus Intercharge - CVH.

Marwan's Responsibilities:

• Design building management Systems (BMS), and preform (BIM) modeling across different softwares (like Revit) to solve clashes between mechanical and electrical pipes, conduits, and wiring.
• Review designs of different contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi codes, and Parsons quality standards; provided technical feedback and coordinated with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design packages issues.

Project: ROSHN / Sedra phase 1, 2, 3, 4 - PAPF - PAPF Makkah

Marwan's Responsibilities:

Preform (MOSTADAM) energy modeling, which to detect lighting distribution and prevent energy loses in buildings according to sustainability requirements from ROSHN.

Project: Qiddiya - Water Treatment

Marwan's Responsibilities:

• Review & evaluate contractor designs from client to improve performance of electrical devices and systems.
• Devise strategies for optimizing the electrical grid, enhancing reliability, and minimizing energy losses.
• Preform (MOSTADAM) energy modeling, which to detect lighting distribution and prevent energy loses in buildings according to sustainability requirements from Qiddiya.

Project: Parsons Innovation initiatives

Responsibilities: Lead Parsons Innovation initiatives in KSA

• Marwan Established a strategic partnerships with Public Investment Fund (PIF) subsidiary a (Joint Venture) and a Saudi tech companies to facilitate an ecosystem channels to develop and create opportunities.
• Marwan manages a comprehensive portfolio accounts of stakeholders, thru identifying, developing, and forecasting innovative business models strategically aligned with the initiatives and objectives of Parsons PMC projects on site.
• Integrate IoT, AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and upscale productivity of Parsons clients project sites (alike Parsons internal system, King Salman Airport).

• Oversee operations order, diagrams and drawings to determine required materials and resources.
• Develop in teamly cooperation the operation software of the company “Mayan software."
• Maintain and verify the accuracy of manufacturing data on daily basis and initiate report updates.
