  • Contributing in achieving the objectives of the transformational plan and supporting the internal developmental initiatives by transferring knowledge to the NWC affiliates on the required competencies deemed crucial for achieving the planned transformation
  • More importantly, I developed an inclusive as well as well-planned initiative that aimed to enhance the cultural values of NWC by engaging all stakeholders who are meant to play a role in this context
  • The methodology heavily depended on Prosci and Kotter change management best practices.

National Program For enhancing Tolerance & Moderation, Devoteam, KSA.

  • Conducted a thorough benchmarking study which identified the best practices pertinent to tolerance and moderation in Egypt, Morocco, emirates, holland and London
  • The study was a key pillar upon which the transformational initiatives were established and built
  • The initiatives were meant to include all ministries and identify their roles specifically and meticulously
  • The study exceeded expectations and help build initiatives with millions of Saudi Riyals devoted for such a huge phenomena.

Performance Management System, design & implementation

  • Conducted an assessment of the roles & responsibilities of the affiliates of the ministry of education
  • I also build smart objectives and bank of smart objectives and job descriptions for almost 2700 unrepeated job names, leadership positions to clerks
  • The project included also developing performance management procedures and policies and Knowledge transfer to the change champions and ambassadors in all over the Kingdome.
