Advice management of the following:

• Ways to improve existing work methods.
• Suitability of new hired equipment from safety viewpoint
• Changes on safety requirement
• Potential hazards on new contracts before work starts.
• Safety organization and fire prevention plans of the project.
• Work permits if necessary.
• Suitable security program

• Recommend corrective actions through pro-active job supervision initiate the cessation of work if a safe area where there is eminent danger and stipulate necessary measure to take, to the permit resumption of work.
• Carry out site surveys to see that only safe work methods are in operation, that health and safety requirements are being observed and that the welfare and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
• Foster within the company and understanding that the prevention of injury and damage control are an integral part of business and operational efficiency.
• Inspect the worksite daily. Report and correct unsafe acts and conditions
• Conduct accident investigation, analyze and formulate recommendations for corrective and prevention actions.
• Conduct daily surveys of construction operations to ensure compliance with client/government safety standards and regulations. Identify safety defects and initiate corrective measures with responsible supervision.
• Keep up to date with the recommended code of safety practices and safety literature. Disseminate applicable information to all levels of the work force.
• Complete safety surveillance of work activities.
