Work: 48 hours / week

• Deliver advanced direct care and continuous monitoring to patients in both General and Surgical ICUs.
• Formulate and execute nursing care plans based on specific needs and prioritized medical goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient data using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Safely operate advanced medical equipment in care of critically ill patients.
• Administer sedation, controlled substances, and high-alert drugs with precision and care.
• Frequently serve as Charge Nurse (CN) and mentor to newly hired staff members.
• Respond to rapid response and code situations, providing high-quality resuscitation efforts during emergencies

Work: 40 hours / week

• Conduct preoperative assessments and ensure all checklists are completed and adhered to.
• Prepare and organize surgical equipment, ensuring operating room field is set up properly.
• Assist surgeons with precision during intraoperative procedures.
• Uphold aseptic techniques and maintain sterile environment throughout surgeries.
• Provide direct postoperative care and safely transfer patients to Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
• Efficiently perform both circulating and scrub nurse duties as required.
