· Coordinate and oversee aircraft turnaround, ensuring all ground operations are completed efficiently on schedule. Manage communication between flight crew, ground handling teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

· Conduct pre-arrival and post-departure inspections, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.

· Monitor and enforce safety regulations and operational procedures during aircraft turnaround operations.

· Provide real-time updates and reports to operations control centers and relevant departments.

.Complete flight reports and Flight delay reports as per the airline’s procedure.

.Ensure that aircraft loaded safety with baggage/cargo and mail in accordance with LIF and in correct

loading positions.

• To perform weight and balance documentation activities for the flights allocated departing from BLR
  airports and outstation and to ensure optimization of aircraft space utilization and fuel uptake Ensure the
  provision of accurate and punctual service to all the airlines as per laid down procedure.
• Coordinates all load control/ CLC activities including, communication of fuel figures, pre & post
  departure procedures, radio position, fax ,email and telex monitoring whilst ensuring flight filing on
  a shift basis for both arrival and departures.
  •Perform Load planning in accordance with all safety regulations and/or policies of airlines.

• Collaborated with team members to ensure accurate load calculations and adherence to regulatory guidelines

• Provided high-quality customer service and support to passengers, ensuring excellent service delivery standards
