• Responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic programs and ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term goals. Involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and analyzing performance metrics to drive successful execution of objectives and strategic plans.

• Lead and Manage the end to end development of sector's ( S2B ) Strategy to budget cycle in alignment with stc Group corporate strategy strategic guidance, starting from business plan/case creation till budget securing and strategic programs finalization

• Run cross-functional working team meetings efficiently and effectively, with ability to connect dots throughout the organization, influence key decisions, and escalate issues at the appropriate time

• Leading Strategic Planning & Execution strategic initiatives by developing detailed action plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Performance Monitoring and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic goals. Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to advise, influence and challenge at a senior (VP, GMs and direct report) level within the business

• Oversee the implementation, and integration of new digital tools and technologies, ensuring that digital solutions are effectively enhancing business needs and workflows.

• Mange the execution of projects scope, goals ,deliverables , KPIs and resource to support business goals in collaboration with executive management and stakeholders.

• Problem Solving and Identify potential risks and challenges associated with strategic projects and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve issues as they arise to ensure project success

STC LMM Project : IMS Migration

• Handling the IMS Migration/ Cutover Night Activity , Preparing Scripts , Troubleshooting & Site implementation.
• Communicating with Access team & Engineers on the site, preparing scripts for them And Modify it in STC & Huawei Platforms
• Enabling IMS Network nodes, ENS,ATS and AGCF for PSTN,NGN Migration to IMS
• Troubleshooting ,Receiving costumer complains and solving any issues regarding STC Fixed lines as a ( Soft Switch )

• In Charge of All Assigned Design Delivery & STC Wireless Projects
• Responsible for As Bulits , DWO , SOW , SCO Verification And BOQ Creation , Assigning & Planning with Sub-cons
• Verifying Design Details such as Antenna, RFU, BBU Cabinet , and Wiring with all its installation
• Assisting and Managing role , holding daily meetings with all TSC members, maintaining attendance, reports, and problem solving

• Develop solutions to component problems pertaining to design details, manufacturing and supplier details, and parts and sub- component considerations
