  • Key Project: NEOM Residential Communities- NRC 11 ,13 ,17, 19 & 26 – as DBFOM Contractor: NEOM, stands for “New Future”, will be the world’s first independent international zone. NEOM is set in North-Western Saudi Arabia and includes territory from Egypt and Jordan comprising a total area of 26,500 Sq. km. The Project can be summarized as the granting of the right by NEOM to the Alfanar to Design, Built, Finance, Operate and Maintain (DBFOM) communities of up to 10,000 residents for each residential community, accommodated in units with appropriate support facilities including two mini hospitals / clinics in each of 05 camps for the duration of the concession terms of 8 years. Upon expiry, the site shall be either dismantled or transferred back to NEOM as per the agreed terms. The five residential communities will cover 4 million sq. meters and accommodate 50,000 occupants upon completion. Residential communities will include many lifestyle facilities, such as multi-purpose sports fields, cricket ovals, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, swimming pools and entertainment venues. Total Investment = 2.6 Billion USD ( SR 10 Bn).
  • Working as planning lead for five projects Leading a team of five Senior Planners
  • Develop systems and procedures for Project Control functions on the onset of project and as and when there are additional requirements to facilitate the process of project controls. Devising the project controls strategies in the best interest of company.
  • Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the project objectives and goals through the application of the Primavera P6 software to understand the project deliverables, milestones and required tasks and targets to determine the resources requirements, allocation of resources to various phases of the project.
  • Develop and install the project control procedures and reporting system specific to the project.
  • Prepare the progress measurement system, developing reporting formats and requirements to accurately represent the status of project at any given point of time.
  • Implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of works. Review the project on an overall basis at specific time intervals. Anticipate/identify and resolve any problems/risks, bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts and advise and implement corrective actions to mitigate such risks/bottleneck and keep the project on track and achieve timely or earlier deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal project team reviews to review the project reports and modify schedules and plans as required. Apprise the management regularly about the project status and progress.
  • Ensuring that field project controls documents are being fully developed and reviewed regularly.
  • Preparing Extension of Time Claims based on different delay analysis methodologies (prospective and retrospective) such as APAB, Window Analysis, Time Impact Analysis. Review and assessment of EPC/Subcontractor’s claims.
  • Budget Controls, assigning budgets to all project related purchases, preparing budget requirements for new projects, monitoring and controlling the project budget. Reviewing and approving Purchase Requisitions, Budget Reporting to the management.
  • Assisting the contracts department with correspondence relevant to planning, delays, claims.

  • Project King Abdullah Financial District – Project Details The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a new development under construction near King Fahad Road in the Asahqaa area of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia[1][2] being undertaken by the Rayadah Investment Corporation[3] on behalf of the Pension Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, consisting of 59 towers in an area of 1.6 million square meters. It will provide more than 3 million square meters of space for various uses, 62,000 parking spaces and accommodation for 12,000 residents. It is assumed that KAFD will be home to 12000 residents upon completion.
