Job Description:

  • Monitor coordination-related activities within district: sales fulfillment, network rollout & acceptance and complaint resolution
  • Resolve inter-unit issues and accelerate cross-unit activities
  • Manage weekly district committee (DC) formulating necessary action plans and following up as needed
  • Escalate unresolved district issues to HQ functions or through district GM
  • Consolidate district priorities to HQ plans, review districts plans and feedback on major deviations from district input
  • Monitor implementation progress of districts plans and raise red flags of major deviations
  • Assess district-level customer experience and provide feedback to HQ functions for improvement
  • Contribute to improving firm policies and processes by identifying root causes that lead to complaints and proposing solutions to HQ functions
  • Follow-up on selected customer complaints (based on pre-defined criteria) with district and HQ owners
