Job Description:
- Monitor coordination-related activities within district: sales fulfillment, network rollout & acceptance and complaint resolution
- Resolve inter-unit issues and accelerate cross-unit activities
- Manage weekly district committee (DC) formulating necessary action plans and following up as needed
- Escalate unresolved district issues to HQ functions or through district GM
- Consolidate district priorities to HQ plans, review districts plans and feedback on major deviations from district input
- Monitor implementation progress of districts plans and raise red flags of major deviations
- Assess district-level customer experience and provide feedback to HQ functions for improvement
- Contribute to improving firm policies and processes by identifying root causes that lead to complaints and proposing solutions to HQ functions
- Follow-up on selected customer complaints (based on pre-defined criteria) with district and HQ owners
- Represent STC with district governmental entities and in key district events
- Provide senior support to government and corporate account managers to enhance satisfaction and strengthen relationships with key clients
