• Since joining the center, I have played a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of healthcare
professionals, contributing signicantly to the organization's overall success.
• Developing a new policy & recommendations to set the stages for the production of Atlas of
Variation has resulted in a signicant improvement in multiple collaborations from dierent
stakeholders for engagement.
• Successfully engaged with a wide range of stakeholders to secure support for the new health
policy.
• Developed a comprehensive capability-building program in collaboration with Oxford Value
Stewardship Program that has trained over 60 healthcare professional

• Developed and presented recommendations for the center's future direction, with an emphasis on these core areas for growth.
• Led the organization of the first-ever Value-Based Healthcare conference at Value inHealth in Dec 2023. This inaugural event focused on reshaping healthcare paradigms and featured leading experts in the field.
• Managed the abstract review process and curated the exhibition showcasing innovative VBHC related topic projects.

• Performed Cytogenetic & FISH Laboratory duties in accordance with JCIA, CAP, ISO, CBAHI, and National Guard Laboratory to drive and enhance compliance standards with Hospital policies and safety standards
• Analyzed chromosomes in biological specimens to diagnose genetic diseases and hematological disorders
• Executed Fluorescence in situ hybridization to detect & locate specific DNA sequences in chromosomes for abnormalities
• Managed, analyzed, and reviewed cases after staff to confirm correct findings and results prior to reporting to physician

• Instilled exemplary work ethic in contributing to Internal Inspection between laboratories resulting in being assigned as auditor for all 15 laboratories.
